CIS Data Foundations exam

Hello all,

Hope you are having a nice day, I would like to ask, does anyone know how the process for obtaining CIS Data Foundation goes, by mistake I registered yesterday for the exam, and it is said there that I have 90 days to schedule and complete the exam. 

So I am wondering, since the free exam period is until 30 June 2026 and my 90 days expire on 13/14 March, if I don't take the exam, can I simply just register for new one after these 90 days expire?

I am understanding this as, If I did not take the exam in these 90 days then I should be able to register again for new one, during the free period (30 June)

Can someone confirm this with me ? Appriciate it !

If we don't take the exam in the given window, we are required to register for the exam by paying the fee again. As this certification is free till mid of next year, I would suggest consulting ServiceNow support team from university -> Help center

I registered for certification, It mentions you can schedule any day between 90 days window but after 90 days  your free take will be lapsed and you need to pay retake fees.

You can Try to raise CASE now learning portal and do post what's the response from them

@EdiH The best way to confirm is by raising a case with ServiceNow support via help center on the learning portal.

Hi guys, I am not sure all of you understood my point, I am aware that its free until 30 June 2026, my question is, after 90 days period after the registration, if you did not schedule and take the exam, and if you are stil in period of free trial (30 June), can you re-schedule again ? 

Because in instructions it is said in Step 4 : Start at step 1 again
