CIS -DF Certification

I have cleared my CIS-DF exam 3 days back. But I have not received my Certificate yet. I have got an email saying, "You have passed your exam." But there is no certificate attached with it. Also I have searched it in my nowlearning portal. Unable to find it.

Hi @uzman1 

  1. Log in to ServiceNow University.
  2. Navigate to My Learning in the header navigation.
  3. Click on the My Achievements tab or widget.
  4. Find the Certification: Look under the Mainline certifications tab to find the Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM).
  5. Use 3-Dot Menu: Select the 3-dot (ellipses) icon next to the certificate.
    • View: Displays the certificate (Note: Pearson VUE exams may not display a certificate number directly in the viewer).
    • Download: Allows you to download the certificate to your device.
    • Share/Credly: You can also manage your digital badge here to verify authenticity

Hi @uzman1,

 

One of my friends recently cleared CIS-DF Certification but however they've passed the exam even though they didn't receive the certificate after the completion of exam, it was delayed for one or two days. 

 

You can raise a case in the Help Center in ServiceNow University - they'll will provide you the resolution.

Hi,

Congratulations on passing the CIS‑DF exam. 

This behavior is expected. For ServiceNow University, the certificate is not generated immediately after you pass. The email stating “You have passed your exam” is the official confirmation, and the certificate is usually issued after a short processing period.

 

If the certificate does not appear after this period, you can raise a case with Now Learning Support from the Help section and include your exam‑pass email as reference.
