I recently purchased a voucher for the exam, and I understand that there have been some recent changes to the process in ServiceNow. Could you kindly provide a detailed step-by-step guide on how to schedule the exam using the voucher, considering the new transition or updates that have been implemented?

 

It is displaying the message: 'Scheduling this exam cannot be completed on the web. For assistance in the U.S. or Canada, please contact customer service by dialing 1-800-466-0450. For assistance outside of the U.S. and Canada, please contact customer service.' Unfortunately, this message isn't providing the necessary assistance.

 

Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
