Custome Field on Task_sla table

Hello Community,

i am trying to create a custom field on the Task_sla table. The goal is to have a field: SLA Status, that updates to values: "has breached" or "Within SLA" depending on the has breached value of a record. Thus if has breached  is True, then my field: SLA Status value is  "has breached"  and vice versa.

Convey customer that already OOB stuff is in place. If possible do some reporting from task_sla and share it with them.

Hi @EpenetusN 

 

Why do you need customization , where OOB - in task_sla table, field 'Has breached' determines whether ticket is breached or not.

 

In System , there is an OOB BR  that creates a trigger to set the breach field to true if the breach time is passed.
