Domain based theme separation issue.

Hi all,
From last two days, I have been trying to integrate the theme and logo-based separation on my PDI as per the Domain.
I have created themes for different organisations and attached those themes as per the sys_domain field.
But whenever I am impersonating the appropriate user, the global theme is getting , not the domain-specific theme.

Help me to integrate it...!!!

Hi @devashishku ,

 

Unfortunately, ServiceNow does not support domain separation for themes or custom branding via Theme Builder, meaning that even if you assign themes based on sys_domain, the system will revert to the global/default theme when you impersonate a user from a particular domain...themes are considered a UI customization that isn’t domain aware.....

@devashishku Domain separation is not supported for Themes
