Doubt on Performance Analytics

I have a requirement to create an ageing ticket dashboard. I am attaching the reference image below. The dashboard needs to display ageing buckets on the X‑axis. Please let me know if anyone is aware of how to achieve this.

You should create report ranges to obtain similar.
