Hi All, we are faced with an issue that we are sending out approx 10k emails from Servicenow and hitting the O365 limit of 10k...i was under the impression that we could create multiple mailboxes for different modules
IE . Asset, Reservation, ITSM and configuration each module to use its own mailbox, but ServiceNOw states this is not possible...has anyone been faced with this?

As per ServiceNow documentation, you can only have one SMTP email account active at a time. You can add multiple POP3 or IMAP accounts for incoming.
So if this is the setup you require for some reason, you will need to update the O365 limit.

I have seen them just use the ServiceNow OOB config. And I have seen implementations where they were using their own, but even with 100k emails, they never ran into these kinds of issues. But I worked for them from the ServiceNow side and don't know what their contracts said. Fact remains: if you want to keep using O365 for this, you will have to raise the limit.
