Hi Team,
Its been a week I have raised a ticket from my PDI regarding my CIS certification. Due to some technical reasons, my certification test was discontinued. And I was requested for a retake and created a ticket through the help center in my PDI. I am not getting any sort of response on the ticket.
Is there any way to escalate the ticket or call help desk, Kindly guide me on this.
TIA.

Hi @Madhan27
You can try contacting the webassessor support team and explain your situation, as this is where certification validation is carried out.
If my answer helps in any way, please mark my answer as correct.

You're welcome @Madhan27 and I'm sorry I couldn't find a more accurate solution.
In this case, I don't know what we could do other than open another ticket referencing the previous ticket.
Maybe find a ServiceNow employee in your region via LinkedIn and ask if they know a channel to solve this problem and answer your questions.
If my answer helped in any way, please mark it as correct.
