Help! Lab Instance - Not Populated - Empty - SNAF

Issues uploading or importing the labs to the ServiceNow Instance to complete my Labs.

And I only attempted to upload the set because the Instance for SN Fundamentals were blank or not populated.

Hi @TekuraElisC 

You shouldn't have to worry about those update sets. Everything should already be on the lab instance.

When you say the instance is blank/non-populated, can you explain a little more about exactly what's happening.

Ideally, please share screenshots of what happens when you try to get started with the instance, and what's going wrong. That will help us to explain how to fix your issue.

To add to the Lab Instance issues, I cannot see or find my Tasks for each module. 
This experience is not good at all.

I started excited on Nov 2nd and ran into issues for hours and I have returned today and cannot even get telephone support.
