Hello Community,
This is Ramchandar Katikala,
I installed the Agile Development 2.0 plugin in my demo instance and the installation completed successfully. However, I’m facing the following issues while using Scrum features.
Issue 1: Agile Modules Not Visible
After installing the plugin, I’m unable to access:
- Agile Board
- Teams
- Story Board
- Sprint Planning (only partially working)
These modules are not visible in the application navigator, even after assigning all Agile/Scrum-related roles and re-logging.
Issue 2: Backlog Stories Not Visible in Sprint Planning
- Stories created in Product Backlog are visible in the Backlog tab
- In Sprint Planning, the Backlog section is empty
- I cannot drag and drop backlog stories into a sprint
- If I create a story directly from Sprint Planning, it works and appears correctly
This seems like backlog-created stories are not being recognized as sprint‑eligible.
Environment
- Instance type: Demo instance
- Plugin: Agile Development 2.0 (Installed & Active)
- Framework: Scrum
Checks Already Done
- Verified plugin installation
- Assigned all Agile/Scrum roles
- Logged out/in and cleared cache
- Tested in multiple browsers
- Confirmed stories exist in Product Backlog
Questions
- What mandatory roles are required to access Agile Board, Teams, Story Board, and Sprint Planning?
- Are there any dependent plugins required in addition to Agile Development 2.0?
- Are these Agile features limited or restricted in demo instances?
- Why are backlog stories not visible in Sprint Planning, and how can this be fixed?
Any guidance or similar experiences would be really helpful.
Thank you!
