Help with Incident Management showing no data available

1) Do any of you ServiceNow exporters know why some of these reports show No data available?

2) Is there a way to see the data source so that I can determine what condition was used to get the data?

It looks like you probably don't have the data collection job running. I would go and check your PA and make sure that the data is being collected on a regular basis.

 

 

I appreciate your response. I checked all the jobs and they are all active and running. Just to be sure, I executed them again.

hi @test10 ,

You should run the different jobs the first collect data. If you can see an indicator On the job attached,

And execute the job with your specified time to capture data from your instance

 

then data will show up on dashboard

Thank you for your response. I have already run the scheduled job. I still don't see any data
