My PDI dev186157.service-now.com was deleted, need recovery assistance

My PDI (https://dev186157.service-now.com) is no longer accessible and redirects to the Developer Portal.
I did not release it, and I’ve done critical work inside that instance.
Please help me recover or restore the instance if possible.
I did not take an export, and this is urgent for my project.

if your instance is gone then it’s gone for good - no recovery option. Always r remember to back up your work.
