How can I create a report from customer_account table that lists items from the related lists ?

Hi all

 

On the Related Lists on the customer_account form there are tabs for cases, changes, circuits etc. I'm trying to build a report (ideally a pivot table) where I can see that Account number 1 has 0 cases 2 Circuits and 1 change ..... or that Account number 2 has 0 cases, 0 circuits and 0 changes associated to it.
Seems dot walking not available for related lists... any suggestions ?
