first of all, switch to the corresponding scope, then go to the list of sections and delete it.

I assume you mean UI Section on a form, is that correct? If so, then navigate to
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/sys_ui_section_list.do
locate your section and delete.

Another way how to find it is to check the update set capturing the record, going to it and deleting it from there.

Last but not least, go to the form, click the triple lines > Configure > Form Design (or Layout, or Builder as per your preferences) and remove it from there, I believe that Form Design would be the easiest option.

Steps
1) right click on Form Header -> Configure Form Builder
2) Click Delete icon and Delete that form section
