How do I duplicate a RITM ticket without scripts or programming ie (DIRECTLY USING ServiceNow)

I see lots and lots of posts from community members trying to be helpful.
But I have yet to find a straight answer to this question:
At a previous employer, when I had a frequent task, I would pull up a ticket and duplicate/copy it.
That feature seems to have disappeared, and I am disappointed to see that it has been removed.
FYI I think we just implemented Xanadu(?) but whatever the prior version was, I didn't see it there either.
