Hi @KellyM820329332 ,

 

To set up the Zoom spoke, which integrates Zoom with ServiceNow, you need to request an Integration Hub subscription, install and activate the Zoom spoke, create a custom OAuth app in your Zoom account, add necessary scopes to that app, and then create a new connection in your ServiceNow instance to link to your Zoom account.
