How to apply email template to current record

Hello Community,

 

I have 2 fields on widget form.

1.SMS template(sysevent_email_template)

2.Message(text area field).

 

Requirement is when we select SMS template form(1) I need to auto populate of record(sys_id of the record pass it through script and process data) data in message(2) field
