How to move dashboard in scoped application To test environment

I have created a dashboard within the 'ServiceNow' scoped application, and I need to move it to a test environment. What is the best approach to achieve this?

Go to the dasboard -> Unload dashboard (Make sure to capture it in a update set before clicking on unload dashboard)

Move the update set to test environment
