I'm sorry to tell you, that there is no way to get back a lost PDI. Everything is automated for PDIs. No support or alternatives. It's your responsibility to login several days to keep the PDI.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, and it is neither possible to recover a PDI that has been reclaimed, lost etc.
