How to use my extensions remaining

Hi, 

My Instance Status on a course is gray but it says that I have 1 extension remaining. I need to use this extension, how does it work.

could you possibly add some more context? your description is not clear, maybe sharing screenshot could bring some more clarity. what course is it, how many lab instances you have currently active?

Hi @aliasmdinc,

I believe that when the 'Request Lab Instance' button is greyed out, this is because you've used all of the available instances.

Typically, a lab instance will be available for few days and an extension will increase the amount of time that your active lab instance can be accessed.
