I am unable to login to my instance and when I try to reset password I am not receiving email to reset password

Reset password from last option present in your image.

Or

Go to the instance link. Add username and password given and if wrong then reset it from error message link then try to login using new password.

I have changed the user name and password of my instance a longtime ago from the default admin credentials. Even though I tried to reset the password from reset password/forget password option, I am not receiving email link to reset password.
