I cannot find a particular kb article anywhere in the instance

Hi,

 

I cannot find particular kb article anywhere, checked sys_audit_delete and kb_knowledge as well.  Is there anywhere else that I should look.

Hi @ektamestri,

 

You can check the My Knowledge Article (kb_knowledge_list), where you can find all the articles that you have published and OOTB as well; every article is present there. If not, then that article may have been deleted or removed.

If for  your knowledge table auditing is not enabled (Audit set to true), any record deleted from that table will not create an entry in the sys_audit_delete table or sys_delete_recovery table.

 

It seems your KB article may have been deleted or removed.
