I completed and passed the CAD exam on 9th January 2026, but the achievement is still not updated in my learning portal. I have already created a ServiceNow case, but I have not received any update or response so far.

This happens more often than it should. Passing the CAD exam doesn’t always mean the certification updates instantly. I’ve seen delays caused by proctor verification, account mismatches, or backlog on ServiceNow’s side. Usually it resolves itself within a few days, but if the status stays stuck, opening a support ticket with exam details and timestamps tends to speed things up.
