I'm not able to access instance

After get the approval from my organization it is opening as a app engine studio, I'm not able to access all the main home page of ServiceNow

You can resolve this issue by following the steps mentioned below: -
Go to the homepage of your ServiceNow Developer Instance.
Click on your profile icon (top-right corner).
Select "Change User Role."
Choose the "admin" role from the list and save.
Now, click on "Start Building."
You should now be redirected to the Home Screen, ready to begin.
