Impersonate user lab instance

I’m new and I have just started learning , my indtance only has application tiles and I don’t have option to impersonate use

Check if the user has impersonator role.

The impersonate option will be available under profile icon. (Please find the attached image)

What are application tiles according to you? I don't that's ServiceNow terminology, so please clarify.

Which lab instance is it, for which course? Perhaps someone has that one too and can reproduce your issue / guide you with your question.
