My instance is going offline everyday can anyone help

Hi @harikatata9 

 

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, it should come online again after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.

My PDI has been offline for 3 days and I have a banner telling me the DEV portal will be offline for an hour for a date in the past... what's going on with the DEV portal and PDI's ?

 

Even after refreshing the instance, it's still offline...
