Instance dev273931 not waking up from hibernation

Hi!

 

My PDI dev273931 is not waking up from hibernation and is offline. Is there a way to restore the instance back online, or request a new one with data from the old instance?

 no, that is not a possibility. If you release your instance and request a fresh installation, all work that hasn’t been backed up will be lost,

Hi @TonyPrawirH,

 

Just a courtesy heads up to let you know that you're not alone here. A large number of users in the community have reported the same. ServiceNow are clearly undertaking some maintenance/performing updates.

 

PDI's (Personal Dev Instances) are not supported, so I'm afraid, you'll just have to keep an eye out for when it comes back up. My instance has also been down for 24 hours.

Same here. PDI has not been available for 6 hours
