Instance is offline and cant get into it

I upgraded my PDI to Xanadu and is now offline and i cant access it anymore. can someone please check?

Hi @Cielo ,

I just tried to login to my PDI (Xanadu), and it returns the same as you , offline.
PDI is not allowed to confirm with Support team, so I think all we can do is just wait,,,,

HI again,
Once I saw the offline message, but now I can log in to my PID(Xanadu)!
Could you check in your end?

Hi @Cielo ,

 

ServiceNow supporting PDI instances. Try for one (or) two days. Just create another instance if you don't have any data and development in your PDI.

have you tried to access your PDI through https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do? Is your PDI assign to you through https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do?
