Hi,
It been a while now that I have noticed my instance status goes into Offline mode. I have try different refresh methods, but it seems to not resolve the issue.
I have this message ''Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.''
Is there anyone facing the same issue or please suggest an around way of fixing this ? Please assist!!
Thanks

Hi @Barthelemy Ntor,
I haven’t run into issues with my own PDI today, but I often see quite a few posts from others mentioning the same “offline/maintenance” status. A couple of things worth noting:
PDIs don’t have official support, so sometimes the only option is to wait.
In many cases, the instance comes back online within a day or so.
If you don’t want to wait, you can release the current instance and request a new one, but keep in mind that all your data will be lost. It’s a good practice to regularly back up update sets so you don’t lose work.
Most of the time, these PDIs come back on their own after a short while.
Thanks & Regards,
Muhammad Iftikhar

Unfortunately PDI related issues are not supported by ServiceNow team and there are random instances that face this issue. You can try to refresh the instance and wait for it come back in few hours. If it does not come online, it would be good to release the instance and get a new one.
If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
