I have tried several times (over 10) since yesterday up until today.
I tried choosing refresh instead.
I've logged out and back in a few times.
Site recommended reaching out to Instance Help first when I went to release instance-
Instance DEV214061

there is no support provided by ServiceNow for PDIs. Either you wait another day or you release your instance and get claim another one. I had this situation several times, and I suppose it's due to technical issues certain data centers have. After claiming a fresh PDI it is hopefully located in another data center without issues.

Hi @khamilton177 ,
as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online again after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
