These issue was reported earlier for PDI.
Navigate to Plugins and look for ServiceNow Studio.
If the plugin is Installed, then Repair the plugin—>Hope it will fix your issue.
If not,
Try with your incognito/private browser. if it does not work (even after repair plugin ),
you release the instance and request for fresh Australia release PDI.

Try these:-
1. Try to access studio via direct URL - /now/studio or /studio
2. Check Required Plugins
3. Clear Cache - run in navigator:- cache.do
4. Check that you have required roles to access ServiceNow Studio
