Itil users not able to add inactive incident/Problem records in Change record related List

Itil users not able to add inactive incident/Problem records in Change record related List. They are able to see Edit button ,so when they are trying to add inactive records ,records are not adding .But admins are able to do the same.

Hi @Rishikk 

Please confirm that the user has appropriate ACL rights (Write ACL)  to modify the Incident and Problem tables, since creating relationships through the Relationship table results in updates to the associated records.
