Hi @LorneW  That KB artile is an internal article not sure why it was refered using buildtools1 as this is an internal servicenow tool.

So this is related to PRB1997545

Are you having the issue described below in the plugin known issues:

"When users select the 'Tag Governance Insight' card on the Insights page of the Discovery Admin Workspace, the tag governance store app upgrade link does not redirect as expected."

I dont think you have that issue as you are on the latest version of the plugin.

check Discovery Admin Workspace -> insights -> Tag Governance Insight Card

Anyways below is the workaround metionned

Workaround (Recommended):

To upgrade or install the Tag Governance app, please use the following link to the Tag Governance store app. Once the upgrade is complete, refresh the page and navigate to the 'Insight' page within the Discovery Admin Workspace. You will notice that the 'Tag Governance Insight' card no longer displays the upgrade message and redirects to the Tag Governance dashboard when clicked.
