Hi everyone
We are using Service now - knowledge articles for documenting our internal processes. At the moment the Knowledge base articles are not providing all the features we need, As we want to write manuals which includes spreadsheets, pictures etc. some features are missed. Do you have any ideas (add-ons) which we could use to improve the Knowledge Base articel to a standard where we could implement spreadsheets etc.?
Or do you work with another system for these kind of documentation?
