How do I stop my knowledge portal search from showing catalog forms?

hi @Suzy_Hyslip ,

 

I would check this with regards to your portal. Search Application > Search Profile > Search Source. Most likely on your search profile you have the Search Source related list populated with an entry related to catalog items.

Hi @Suzy_Hyslip , Ideally the 'service portal' search bar works universally over every content there is in the 'Service Portal' like widget, catalog items, technical catalogs etc. 

However your requirement can be achieved by - modify the portal's search source configuration or adjust the specific "No Search" flags on catalog record.
