Lab Issue - ServiceNow Fundamentals

Hi everyone,

I'm doing the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu) course, and I'm stuck on this part about renaming a company and "selecting the green check" at Lab 5.1.1., Assign User to Cloud Dimension (see image)

I remember having done this before, but now I can't remember how to do that. 

Can anybody help?

Hi @STEFANOQ 

go to user table, add a column company, then find Megan and double click the company field and it will allow you to change its value then save it - green tick symbol as per here:

to add the column, click the gear icon, find Company in the left bucket and move it to right one, select ots order (position is irrelevant) and save:

Then find a Megan Burke to have her in the list, and double click the newly added column matching her record - add the CLoud Dimensions and save it.
