Greetings,
I have recently become a ServiceNow admin and developer. I get great information from the questions and posts in servicenow.com/community. However, there is an anomaly that happens that seems like it should be easy to fix, but I have found no information on it. When I click on a link that has been posted in answer to a question, the link only takes me to the community home page. Here is an example:
https://www.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=7c8f0b25dbdcdbc01dcaf3231f9619c7
The link title is "How to invoke transform maps in scoped apps?" and it was posted here:
https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/invoke-a-transform-map-from-a-scoped-app/m-p/21...
I click or copy/paste the link but it just takes me to he ServiceNow community home page. It doesn't seem to matter what the sys_id is in the URL, I always get the welcome page. The URL doesn't redirect, it shows as what I clicked or pasted. I am logged in, it shows my name. Do these posts just no longer exist? I feel silly even asking this.

Hi @DanielAPS ,
Yes, the link shared by anjalichoudhary is taking me back to community home page. It means that the link is corrupted or might be anjalichoudhary have shared an incorrect link and just changed the label of URL at the first place. I am assuming since her response was not marked helpful nor accepted as solution.
Please mark my response as solution accepted and helpful so that it benefits future readers.
Regards,
Rohit

Thank you for confirming! What threw me is that the URL stays the same, it does not redirect to a new URL, it keeps the same one but renders it as the home page. Weird? I am glad you could confirm that it wasn't working. Thank you, again!
