Logging Password reset interactions

Hi 

Currently our requests are logged via the Portal by our end users, however, we receive calls to unlock accounts as they cannot log in to submit the request.  Our agents currently log an interaction and unlock the account.  I would like to get an insight on how other organisations process these type of calls and requests for reporting etc.
