Hi @ManS89629664794 ,
- PDIs usually take three to five minutes to wake up from hibernation.
- They should not take longer than 20 minutes.
- Give it time: If it's been only a few minutes, wait a bit longer.
- Try again later: If waiting doesn't work, try to wake it up again later.
- Sign in and Check Status: Sign in to the Developer Site and check the "My Instance" page to see if your PDI is still undergoing maintenance.
- Address Browser Cache Issues: If you're seeing a hibernation page even when the instance appears as "Running" on the Developer Site, it might be a caching issue. Try these steps:
- Clear your internet cache and close the tab, then try opening the instance from the Developer Site again.
- Restart your internet browser.
- Try a private browser tab.
- Wait a few more minutes for DNS entries to catch up.
- Try a different browser.
- Check with a Colleague: If possible, see if someone else can access the instance.
- Release and Request a New PDI: If you've waited a significant amount of time and the PDI is still not waking up, you might need to release your current PDI and request a new one. Be aware that releasing your PDI will result in losing your previous data.
- There is no direct support available for PDIs. If you continue to experience issues, the recommended course of action is to release and request a new instance, or to check the community forums for similar issues.
- Since there's no direct support for PDIs, the non-functional reporting feature likely stems from the same underlying issue preventing the instance from waking up.
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.
Regards,
Chaitanya

Hi @ManS89629664794 ,
as you might know. there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options
- wait, it should become available after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, all developernes that you haven’t backed up will be lost for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Hi @ManS89629664794 ,
No support provided from ServiceNow for PDIs, so you can either wait until it wakes back up or you can release and request a new instance.
