There is no support for PDIs. The only thing you can do is wait or release it and request a new one.

Hi @Marc White ,
as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online again after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.
