I've tried refreshing, etc. I called support, and they told me they do not support it, even though the PDI links to support. I was told to check with the community. I had performed quite a lot of development work yesterday and wanted to document what I did to make it work today. I've tried refreshing browser, clearing cache, using different browser, etc.

Hello @shelleydevans !
There is currently no support available for your PDI. If you’re able to wait, please hold on a bit longer. Browser-related actions such as refreshing, clearing cache or using a different browser will not resolve the issue.
Alternatively, you may release this instance and start a new one. However, this will result in the loss of all existing data.
To avoid losing your configurations in the future, I recommend backing up your update sets regularly.
Please consider marking my answer as helpful and accepting it as the solution if it assisted you in any way.

Hi Kilo, thanks for your response. I am now reading on how to back up my PDI for the future. If you were me, how long before you wait before you give up and release and get a new one?

Hello again @shelleydevans !
When deciding how long to hold out for a stalled PDI, first gauge the business impact. If the work isn’t urgently needed you have more leeway but if a demo or story/sprint is blocked, patience shrinks fast 🙂. For me, a 24 to 48-hour window is usually the sweet spot since many PDIs recover after nightly maintenance and the odds of an automatic fix drop sharply beyond two days.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, if doing so, all development that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
