My PDI has been offline for several hours

I've tried refreshing, etc.  I called support, and they told me they do not support it, even though the PDI links to support.  I was told to check with the community.  I had performed quite a lot of development work yesterday and wanted to document what I did to make it work today.  I've tried refreshing browser, clearing cache, using different browser, etc. 2025-06-25_09-42-44.png

Just out of curiosity; were you connecting your instance to some kind of AI tool/LLM outside of ServiceNow...?

The testing i was doing at the time was an app that connects to Microsoft power automate to generate an excel based on the variables in the app.

Hi @shelleydevans,

 

PDIs are under unscheduled maintenance. When you open Developer site, you shall find this message.

 

'Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.'

 

Click on Get Notified link so that when maintenance is over you will get notified via email.
