My PDI has refused to wakeup

Can anyone advice on the reason why my PDI is refusing to wake up from hibernation?
I have been trying to wake it up for more than 24 hours, but it just keeps rolling till no end.

Hi @OluwaseunSolabi ,I experienced the same issue. But, one/two day later, I received an email confirming that the PDI was available again. Since we don’t have any support for PDI, waiting for a day or two would be a good option.

As you might know, there are no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence your are left with two options:
- Wait, it should come online again
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all your development which haven't been backed up will be lost for good.
