Do you recommend using a no-reply address for raising tickets with a 3rd party CRM tool ?

I would recommend to not integrate through email.
But if there is no other possibility, what use will a 'no reply' email address have? The system will reply to it and the email won't end up anywhere. How do you know it arrived?
What is your business case? What is the question behind the question? What kind of functionality are you creating?
