Hello
I am trying to understand how to use Event Management in Service now. I found several good articles. However they all mention the table em_event. I cannot find this table in my instance (PDI). I have installed the plugin for Event Management and Service Mapping Core.
Can anyone tell me why I can 't find the em_event table ?
Thanks

Hi @J Moxy
can you access this?
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/em_event_list.do
If yes, you are there, if not, activate the plugin.
