Oauth not letting me use a user profile after deleted old OAuth

I created a OAuth integration for Client credentials grant and delete it due to some issues. Now I want to create a new one using the same user I used before but when I search for the user it won't show in the dropdown list.
Any solution for it?
I'm using Zurich version.

Please confirm , using new oauth profile , you validated the connection again to regenerate the token again.
