Our registration as build partner approved - next steps

Our company just got approved as a build partner for ServiceNow. We are building an application on ServiceNow IRM.  Our ServiceNow IRM-certified developers (we already hired) need an instance to start working on our product. How can I get access to a demo instance? Once we build it, how can I plan to sell it to our customers? We already provide consulting, and they are eager to see our ServiceNow and agentic AI-based solution.
