Hi Team
we are registering our deployment after sign-off at go-live from our client; however, we have a concern regarding the point below.
For an Opportunity & Quote Management deployment, ServiceNow has simply not created a matching CIS exam as per our knowledge. our realistic options to satisfy the Partner Portal certified staff requirement for deployment registration are:
• CSA — accepted as baseline across all deployments
• CIS-CSM — likely the closest accepted cert since SOM sits within the Customer & Industry Workflows family
Could you please assist us with this? Specifically, can we register our deployment under a CSA and CIS-CSM, SOM acrediation, certification?

My question is about the deployment registration prerequisite for a Deployment Lead. Could you please read the requirement carefully and provide clarification and confirmation What steps i ma takign for deployment reisration of Oppotunity and Quote ?
