Password reset

I want to reset my password. However I get the message a verification will be sent to a phone number ending in 1234 but those last four numbers are wrong!

How can I correct this so I can reset my password?

Is there another way to reset it?
Thanks.

Hi @Becalicool

The best approach is to contact your organization’s ServiceNow administrator/IT support and ask them to update your user record or reset your password manually.

Hi @Becalicool , Are you trying to do this in your PDI?

If so, confirm that you have enable MFA for your PDI if not, then there is no way to reset the password from there.

And if you still want to reset the password for PDI, you can do that in developers tab by clicking on manage my instance.

I am attaching the screenshot as well for your reference.

And if you are talking about the Customer instance "contact your IT admin"
