@Marc White ServiceNow is migrating 8000+ PDIs to new data center. Due to this a lot of PDIs may be retired. If your PDI remains unavailable for an extended duration then it is better to release the existing PDI and request for a new one. No official support is available for PDIs from ServiceNow.
